The Indian School of Mine, established in 1926 offers B.Tech in Computer Science & Engg, Electrical, Electronics, Environmental, Mechanical, Mineral, Mining, Mining Machinery and Petroleum Engineering, and M.Tech, MSc, MSc Tech, MPhil, MBA and Ph.D programs in the areas of Engineering, Earth Sciences, Basic & Applied Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences, invites application from Indian nationals for the following positions.
Campus Engineer – One Post
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute & experience of 10 years of design, campus maintenance and management at the premier national level institute/large PSUs/Defence of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Executive Engineer.
OR
Persons with comparable qualification and experience from CPWD/BRO/MES/retired/retiring from defence may be offered tenure/deputation/contractual appointment for 5 years (Renewable upto the age of 60 years)
Pay Scale:Pay Band-3 Rs.15600-39,100/-With Grade Pay Rs.7,600/-
Minimum Emoluments (Rs.):
Minimum Pay:Rs.29,500/- +DA +Transport Allowance.
Max. Age(on the last date of receipt of application): 40 years for Regular,50 years for tenure/ deputation and 55 years for contractual appointment

Security-cum-Estate Officer – One Post
Qualification :
(i) Bachelor’s Degree – in any discipline from recognized university.
(ii) English & Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject at least upto matric level.
Experience :
Essential:
(i) Minimum 4 years relevant experience at supervisory level in a reputed National Level Technical University/ Institute/Govt. Organization/ in security; estate and facilities management. Preference will be given to Ex-servicemen/police/paramilitary personnel.
(ii) Ability to read, write and communicate in Hindi & English.
Desirable :
Candidate should
(i) Have military background or NCC and Fire Fighting Training.
(ii) Have degree in law.
(iii) Be able to ride light vehicle/motor cycle and handle fire arms (desirable) plus having sound health and active habits.
(iv) Ability to organize security and control security staff, and to investigate areas of theft and pilferage etc.
(v) Be apt at establishing and maintaining workable and effective liaison with law enforcing and concerned civil administrative agencies.
(vi) Be computer Savy.

The School has 88 hectare campus with over 600 families and more than 3300 students residing therein. The SEO is responsible for upkeep, management and security of the Estate, institutional/residential/ancillary infrastructures and facilities therein and required to assist the campus engineer in their maintenance.
Pay Band-2: Rs.9300-38,400/-With Grade Pay Rs.4,800/-
Minimum Pay: Rs.18,150/- +DA +Transport Allowance
Age: 45 Years
